Payment is only needed once your timepiece/jewellery is completed and is sent back to us. Drop your timepiece or jewellery off with us and we promise to keep you updated every step of the way. Simple services like adding or removing watch links, watch cleanings, ultra sonic jewellery cleanings can be arranged to be done within 24 hours. If we can’t complete your request, one of our trusted network affiliates will be able to get the job done, big or small.
Link Sizing
If you're having trouble getting the right fit, consider watch resizing. This simple process only takes a few minutes: we remove a link (or more) from the band so the watch fits your wrist perfectly.
